Font Help: I am having a technical error/ issue with my font- what do I do?

If you're having a technical issue with a font after downloading it, work through these steps first.

Step 1 — Check your download

Log in at account.studio2am.co, go to Account > Orders, and re-download the font files fresh. Occasionally a download can get corrupted mid-transfer.

Step 2 — Reinstall the font

1. Unzip the file if you haven't already.
2. On Mac: Double-click the font file and click Install Font.
3. On Windows: Right-click the font file and select Install.
4. Restart your design software after installing.

Step 3 — Clear your font cache (Mac)

If the font installs but behaves oddly — wrong glyphs, missing characters, display errors — the font cache may be stale. See What should I do if my font isn't working properly? for steps to clear it.
