My download links aren't working

Your files and downloadsUpdated November 2, 2026

If your download isn't working — the page errors, nothing happens when you click, or the download stops partway through — here's how to fix it.

  1. Try a different browser. Safari in particular can block certain downloads. Chrome or Firefox tend to work most reliably.

  2. Disable any download blockers or ad blockers. Browser extensions can intercept or block file downloads. Try disabling them, then click the download link again.

  3. Check you're logged in. Downloads are tied to your account. If your session has expired, log in at account.studio2am.co and try again.

  4. Download from your order page. Log in to your account, go to Account > Orders, and download directly from your order page — this is always the most reliable method.

  5. Try right-clicking and selecting "Save link as". Sometimes browsers try to open the file in a new tab instead of downloading it. Right-clicking forces a proper file download.

Download stops partway through (large files)

Some products — particularly bundles — are large files (1 GB or more). These can time out on slower connections or when using a mobile network.

  • Switch to a wired or stable Wi-Fi connection before downloading large files.
  • Use a dedicated download manager such as Free Download Manager (Windows/Mac) or the built-in download manager in Firefox. These resume interrupted downloads automatically.
  • Avoid downloading on mobile data. Large files should be downloaded on a desktop or laptop with a stable connection.

Corrupted or unzippable files

If the file downloads but won't open — for example, you get an error like "Unable to expand" or "Bad message" when unzipping — the download likely got corrupted mid-transfer.

Delete the partial file and try downloading again from scratch. If the same error occurs twice, contact support — we can investigate whether the file needs to be re-uploaded.
