I didn't receive my download — what now?

Your order confirmation email has a download link for each product, so check your spam folder if you can't see it. Your files are also in your account as soon as your order is confirmed:

How to access your files

1. Log in at account.studio2am.co.
2. Go to Account > Orders.
3. Find your order and click to download your files.

If you can't log in, see I can't log in — the account page is blank or not loading.

If your downloads aren't showing up

• Make sure you're logged in to the same account you used at checkout.
• If you checked out as a guest, you'll need to create an account with the same email address to access your order history.
• If your order shows but the download isn't working, see My download links aren't working.
