How do I access my downloads?
Your files are available as soon as your order is confirmed. We'll also send you an email with download links — check your inbox (and spam folder if you don't see it).
Accessing your files after purchase
- Check your inbox for your order confirmation email — it includes a download link for each product you purchased.
- You can also download immediately from the order confirmation page after checkout.
- Your files are available any time by logging in at account.studio2am.co and going to Account > Orders.
Downloads are always available from your order page — there's no expiry on your access as long as you have an account.
Accessing your files on a different device
Your downloads are tied to your account, not a specific device. To access them on a different computer, tablet, or phone:
- Log in at account.studio2am.co on the other device.
- Go to Account > Orders and download from there.
If you've already downloaded the files on one device, you can also transfer them using AirDrop, iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, or any other cloud storage service.
Can I re-download past purchases?
Yes — your purchases are always available from Account > Orders as long as you have an account. There's no limit on how many times you can re-download.
Checked out as a guest?
If you didn't create an account at checkout, create one using the same email address you used for your purchase. Your order history will be linked to that email.
Something not working?
If your download links aren't loading or you're getting errors, see My download links aren't working.
If you can't log in to your account, see I can't log in — the account page is blank or not loading.
If you still can't access your files, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
