When do I need an Enterprise License?

Most orders fit comfortably within our standard licenses: Standard and Extended Commercial (two tiers of the Commercial License Agreement), and the font licenses (Desktop, Webfont, ePub, App). If your use case matches any of the situations below, you'll need a custom Enterprise License Agreement instead.
You need an Enterprise License if:
- The company the license is for — your own, or the client you're buying for — has a headcount of 6 or more people
- You're using an asset in broadcast, TV, streaming, or out-of-home advertising distributed in more than one country
- Your production run will exceed 250,000 lifetime units, or is ongoing/open-ended with no fixed run
- You want exclusive rights to an asset
- You need a modified or custom version of an asset
What's different about an Enterprise License
An Enterprise License is a custom agreement built around your specific use and scope rather than a fixed license tier. Depending on what you need, it can combine:
- Desktop use across your whole company, priced on headcount rather than a flat per-person tier
- Webfont use at higher pageview volumes than our standard tiers
- App use at higher monthly active user volumes than our standard tiers
- ePub use across multiple titles
