When do I need an Enterprise License?

Most orders fit comfortably within our standard license types — Standard Commercial, Extended Commercial, and the font licenses (Desktop, Webfont, ePub, App). If your use case matches any of the situations below, you'll need a custom Enterprise License Agreement instead.
You need an Enterprise License if:
- You need 25 or more seats in a single order
- You're using an asset in broadcast, TV, streaming, or out-of-home advertising distributed in more than one country
- Your production run will exceed 250,000 lifetime units, or is ongoing/open-ended with no fixed run
- You want exclusive rights to an asset
- You need a modified or custom version of an asset
What's different about an Enterprise License
An Enterprise License is a custom agreement built around your specific use, seats, and scope rather than a fixed license type. Depending on what you need, it can combine:
- Desktop use across your whole organisation, priced by company size rather than individual seats
- Webfont use at higher pageview volumes than our standard tiers
- App use at higher monthly active user volumes than our standard tiers
- ePub use across multiple titles
