Can multiple people use the same license?
Yes — both Standard and Extended Commercial licenses (for graphics, effects, mockups, textures, and templates) and the Desktop font license are sold per seat. You select the number of seats at checkout, and each seat covers one person who actively uses the asset.
How seats work
One seat = one person. If three people in your team all need to work with the same asset, you need three seats — regardless of whether you're on a Standard or Extended Commercial license.
The choice between Standard and Extended isn't about team size — it's about what you're using the asset for. See How do I choose the right license? for guidance on which license type fits your use case.
Contractors and subcontractors
If a subcontractor or freelancer needs to actively use the asset files as part of a project you're running, they need to be covered by a seat. You can either purchase additional seats yourself, or they can purchase their own license. Either way, the total number of active users must match the seats licensed.
Delivering work to a client
You don't need extra seats just to hand files to a client. If the deliverable is a completed, non-editable end product — a finished website, outlined logo files, exported PDFs, flattened images — the client doesn't need their own license. They would only need one if they want to actively use or install the asset files themselves.
Fonts specifically
The Desktop font license works the same way — one seat per person actively using the font files. See Can I use a downloaded font on more than one device? for more detail.
Need to add seats after purchase?
You can upgrade. Buy additional seats and contact us with both order numbers — we'll refund the original so you only pay the difference. See Can I upgrade my license later?
