Editing Studio 2am vectors is simple, especially when using vector-based software like Adobe Illustrator or Figma.
Here are some kick-start guidelines for Adobe Illusatrator and Figma:
Adobe Illustrator:
-
Step 1: Open the vector file (AI, EPS, or SVG) in Adobe Illustrator.
-
Step 2: Select the Direct Selection Tool (A) to click on individual paths or points you want to adjust.
-
Step 3: You can resize, rotate, change colors, or modify shapes by selecting and manipulating the vector elements.
-
Step 4: Use the Pen Tool (P) to add, remove, or adjust anchor points for more detailed edits.
-
Step 5: To change colors, select the vector objects and modify their fill or stroke color from the Color Picker or Swatches panel.
-
Step 6: Once you’ve made your adjustments, save the file in AI format or export it as a SVG, EPS, or PDF for other uses.
Figma:
-
Step 1: Import the vector file (SVG or AI) into Figma by dragging and dropping the file or using the File > Import menu.
-
Step 2: Click on the vector elements to select them. Figma’s vector tools work similarly to Illustrator for scaling and editing.
-
Step 3: To change color or stroke, use the properties panel on the right side.
-
Step 4: You can edit paths, move anchor points, or add new ones using Figma’s vector editing tools.
-
Step 5: When you're done, you can save or export your work in a variety of formats (SVG, PNG, PDF).
