How do I use my promo or discount code?

Discount and promo codes are applied at checkout, before payment.

How to apply your code

1. Add the products you want to your cart and proceed to Checkout.
2. On the checkout page, look for the Discount code field — it appears in the order summary section.
3. Type or paste your code into the field and click Apply.
4. Your discount will be applied to the order total immediately.

Things to check if your code isn't working

• Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the code when you paste it.
• Check whether the code has an expiry date — expired codes won't apply.
• Some codes only apply to specific products or collections. If the eligible products aren't in your cart, the code won't activate.
• Codes are usually single-use or have a limited number of uses — if it's already been redeemed, it won't work again.
• Some codes can't be combined with other discounts or sale prices.
